Ask for a tour!
Once you’ve joined the waitlist and started planning ahead, the next best thing you can do is book a tour.
A tour is the best way to get a feel for your chosen centre! See the classrooms, meet the educators, and experience the environment firsthand. It also helps you feel confident and ready when a space becomes available.
You don’t need to wait for an offer to visit. In fact, we encourage families to schedule tours early, especially if you’re exploring more than one location.
Tours are subject to availability and may vary by location.
How to book a tour
1.Email the centre directly.
In your message, include:
Your full name and contact number
Your child’s name and date of birth
The program you’re interested in (for example, Toddler or Preschool)
Your preferred start date
The location you’re interested in
2. Wait for confirmation.
A site supervisor will respond with available tour times and any instructions you’ll need for your visit
3. Bring your questions.
Tours are a great time to ask about program routines, age transitions, and daily structure. Bring your notes or your personal tracker so you can record anything helpful!
