Congratulations! This is the moment we’ve been waiting for!

When a space becomes available, the centre will contact you directly by email, phone, or a combination of the two. The message will include everything you need to confirm your child’s placement and secure your spot.

At this stage, it’s important to follow the centre’s instructions carefully and respond as soon as possible. Spaces are held for a limited time, and a prompt reply helps ensure your child’s registration can be finalized smoothly.

What to expect

Once you’ve been offered a space, the Admissions or Site Supervisor will walk you through the next steps. While details can vary by program or centre, here’s what’s typically required to secure your child’s space at The Rec Room:

Confirm your acceptance
Reply to the centre’s offer email to confirm that you would like to accept the space (we will not accept offer conformations by phone).
Complete the enrollment forms
You’ll receive a link or digital packet containing required registration documents. These may include consent forms, emergency contacts, and health information.
Submit your deposit and registration fee
A deposit is required to hold your space. The exact amount depends on your program and will be outlined in your offer message. Once the deposit is received, your child’s placement is officially guaranteed.
Review your start date and orientation details
The centre will confirm your official start date and share any orientation or welcome visit details so you can prepare for the transition.
