When should you start preparing for your child’s first day?

If you’ve joined our waitlist and kept your personal tracker up to date, you’re already well ahead of the curve. Once a space becomes available, the centre will contact you directly to confirm your interest and walk you through next steps.

However, it never hurts to take a proactive approach. About 3–4 months before your preferred start date, we recommend reaching out to the centres on your list to check in on availability and confirm your details. A friendly message shows continued interest and ensures your information is current as spaces begin to open.

This small step can make a big difference, especially in busy months when transitions, graduations, and new enrollments happen all at once. It also helps you plan ahead for things like orientation visits, documentation, and your child’s adjustment schedule.
