When to review and update your information

If any of these apply, it’s time to update both your personal tracker and your information with the centre:

  • Your child has had a birthday and may now qualify for the next age group.

  • You’ve changed your preferred program or start date.

  • Your family’s care needs have shifted (for example, from part-time to full-time, or before/after school care).

  • You’ve moved or changed your home school area.

  • Your contact information has changed (new phone number or email address).


How to update your information with us

1.Find your original waitlist confirmation email.

Reply directly to that email, or send a new message to your chosen centre’s main contact.

2.Include your updated details.

In your message, share your child’s name, the program they’re waitlisted for, and a brief note about what’s changed (for example, “We’ve moved to a new address and would like to update our contact information”).

3.Ask for your approximate waitlist position.

While you’re updating your file, it’s always helpful to ask for your current position. This gives you a clearer idea of where things stand and helps you plan ahead.

4.Update your personal tracker.

Record your new details and your most recent position in your tracker. It’s a simple way to stay on top of your progress and feel prepared for what’s next.
