How Do I Register?
Spaces are limited - here’s how to secure yours
We currently have 26 available spaces. Additional spots may open if there is enough demand and staffing in place.
Registration is first-come, first-served, and your space is only confirmed once we receive your deposit. If you’re interested, don’t wait too long! Families who register early get first pick of their preferred weeks.
Ready to Register? Here’s What to Do:
1) Fill out the Summer Registration Form
When summer registration opens, you’ll receive an announcement (newsletter/help centre) with a registration link. That link takes you directly to our Summer Registration Form.
You’ll be asked to:
Enter your basic information (contact details and your child’s name)
Select your weeks (remember, you’ll choose full-week blocks)
If Spaces are available and you’re registering for Long Branch and not currently enrolled:
You’ll also be asked which school your child attends, since summer registration is only available to the community for specific catchment schools.
2) Wait for our confirmation email!
Once your space is reviewed and confirmed, the centre will reach out by email to finalize your booking details.
Please make sure you stay connected by adding our email address to your contacts list. This helps ensure that important updates don’t end up in your spam or junk folder.
3) Send your deposit to secure your space!
Once your space is confirmed, please send a $288.75 deposit (to be e-transferred to longbranch@recroomchildcare.ca within 3 days of centre confirmation of space). If the deposit isn’t received within that window, we will need to release the space to another family on the waitlist.
The deposit is non-refundable, as it officially holds your space and allows us to finalize summer staffing and group lists.
