What Does It Cost?
Our Summer Program runs from 8:00 AM–5:00 PM and pricing is kept simple so it’s easy to plan!
Program fees
$288.75 per week (summer enrollment is booked in weekly blocks)
$57.75 per day (shared as a quick breakdown)
$1,155.00 total for 4 weeks (minimum booking)
Deposit To Secure Your Spot
Summer spaces are limited, so a $288.75 deposit is required to confirm your child’s placement once a space is offered. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable, as it’s what officially secures your child’s spot for the summer program.
Refunds and absences (important to know ahead of time)
We know summer plans don’t always go perfectly, but it really helps to have the key details upfront before the season begins.
Summer fees are non-refundable, and fees aren’t adjusted for missed days, including illness. This consistency allows us to plan staffing, meals, and activities for every child enrolled, so the program runs smoothly for everyone all summer long.
And one more important reminder for summer scheduling: late pick-ups are charged a late fee of $1.00 per minute.
What’s included in your fees!
Here’s a nice perk that makes summer mornings a little easier! All children in the Summer Program will receive food each day, already included in your fees, catered by Yummies (the same team that already provides our Toddler and Preschool lunches!).
That means your child will get:
A morning snack (especially helpful for our early birds!)
A hot lunch
An afternoon snack to help refuel and keep their energy up through the rest of the day
Children are also welcome to bring an extra nut-free snack from home if they need it.
And yes, we keep things fun! Lunch includes occasional extras like Pizza Days and Make-Your-Own Sandwich Days, which always feel like a little summer celebration!
If you prefer to pack lunches from home, that’s perfectly fine too. And one quick note for planning: on field trip days, families will be asked to pack a lunch, since we’re out and about and it’s the easiest way to keep everyone organized while we’re on the go.
